Glassworks, Liverpool

Glassworks accommodation is a great living environment packed with fun activities for the residents to help take their minds off of uni, it also has a great common area along with a cozy room to relax in and a small gym. I’ve enjoyed my first year stay here especially with Alan being on night shifts, as he’s been someone I can talk to about anything on my mind. The only downside is that the WiFi keeps going off or just stops working!!

Glassworks was actually my first choice out of all the accommodations in Liverpool, and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better place. The location is perfect so close to the university and everything else you need, it just makes life so convenient. I remember feeling a bit on edge. You really do settle in quicker than you expect. What really makes Glassworks stand out for me is the team. Alan, Faye, and Chelsea are always there whenever you need them, no matter how big or small the issue is. They’re genuinely kind, approachable, and make such a difference to daily life here. Whether it’s a maintenance issue, noise complaint, or just needing a quick chat, they’re always around to help and you can tell they care about the residents. The building itself is clean, well looked after, and has a lovely community feel. You always feel safe, comfortable, and supported which really helps, especially when you’re new to the city. I’d honestly recommend Glassworks to anyone starting out in Liverpool. It’s more than just student accommodation it actually feels like a home away from home.

Very welcoming student accom with a high standard. The room was in very good condition the way I found it and any issues were sorted swiftly and sustainably. Common rooms are kept clean and stocked with everything it needs. Security is always there for any issues, staff is incredibly helpful and overall just a very relaxed living environment!

Living at Glassworks Student Accommodation has been nothing short of unreal. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right choice. The building is modern, clean, and designed with students in mind — everything feels convenient, safe, and comfortable. What really makes Glassworks stand out is the staff. They are genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Whether it’s greeting you with a smile, fixing something quickly, or organizing events to help everyone feel at home, they go above and beyond every single day. You never feel like “just another tenant” here — they actually care. Special mention to Faye, Chelsea, Theo, Ryan and Alan! The social spaces are great for meeting people or studying, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It truly feels like a community, not just accommodation. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, secure, social, and run by an incredible team, Glassworks is easily the best choice. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
