If you are an ongoing student or returning resident of the building, you may request to cancel and have any deposit and rental amounts which relate to your booking returned to you if:
We reserve the right to cancel your booking and resell your room if you fail to collect your key within 14 calendar days of the booking start date. You remain liable for all amounts due under the agreement until the room is sold and for any lost rental amounts between bookings which we may deduct from any deposit we hold.
If the first rent installment is due prior to the booking start date and it is not received as cleared funds within seven days of the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and resell the room. If after the start date of your booking you would like to be released from the agreement and a replacement resident is found by you who we believe to be eligible in our absolute discretion, we will release you from the agreement, from the date the new agreement with the new resident takes effect. Your deposit will then be refunded and we will charge a fee amount equal to our costs of preparing your room for the new occupant. You will remain responsible for any rental arrears outstanding on the date the agreement ends.

Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. Stayed at Albert Court for 2 nights whilst up for a university reunion. I was so impressed with the whole place. My double room was spacious and well equipped and the kitchen was a great space for us to gather for drinks and breakfast. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and it’s obviously a well run operation. I would wholeheartedly recommend Albert Court for students or visitors like us. Great value!

A good place to stay. Rooms are big and clean. Close to campus as well as city centre. Loads of restaurants downstairs. Staff are amazing, CV workshop helped me get a part time job.

Very well situated for the city center , Liverpool One ,Albert Dock and football grounds not too far away. The accommodation is based for students , but my room was good,clean ,kettle, tea, coffee and milk provided.
