Iconinc The Gravity, Lincoln

Unfortunately my time at iconic was flawed due to many issues. The general running of the building was not of a high standard at all, here are some examples: - I was promised a parking space upon viewing the accommodation, after I had paid a £500 non-refundable deposit I was told this wasn't available any longer due to an extension being built on the property. It is obvious to me that they knew this was going to happen and that I was never going to be able to park there - these things don't get planning and start within 2 months. - the treadmill broke within 1 month of me living there and was never fixed. - there was often large leaks in the ceilings when it rained. - the fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night causing everyone in the building to have to stand outside for no reason as there was never actually a fire - the coffee machine was often broken - when there coffee machine was working - there was often no mugs - despite the communal kitchens being cleaned 'daily', the were very dirty with very mouldy food in the fridge and freezer. - the rooms are incredibly hot especially on the 4th floor, my room was often unbearable in summer as my window only opened 2 inches and the room was south facing. More serious issues I endured were the constant builders working outside and in the communal areas, smoking in the no smoking areas and making remarks as me and my friends walked in and out of the building. I also had multiple issues with an incredibly rude member of staff who I experienced shouting and swearing at another student. (It is important to note there were also very polite members of staff). Finally, I went on holiday to come back and find that all of my items had been stolen out of the communal kitchen, I was told there was nothing they could do by management even though there were cameras in all areas. Eventually they told me they knew who had stolen my items but I still never got them back meaning I had to purchase all new items. Overall my experience at iconic felt like a constant battle to receive the service and experience I was promised when looking around. I deeply regret wasting a large amount of money for accommodation I deeply regret living in.

The best student accommodation you could ever want! . Not only does the building have all the amenities you could ever wish for, the staff really add to the whole experience. If you’re a social butterfly or prefer to keep to yourself this place is the best for both worlds. They also host events monthly which are really good opportunities to mingle and make some great new friends. Come check out this place for yourself!

Oh This is amazing apartment with so many surprise, the receptionist team are very kind and warm. I can enjoy quiet study environment here. I also like the Gym and free breakfast! And there are more good things for me to explore.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to live! My smart apartment is beautiful, that staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them, and all the facilities are great! If you're thinking about living here then definitely do. I love it here x

We always receive excellent service from Jack at iconinc Gravity. He regularly visits our store for keys and is consistently polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Jack is reliable, friendly, and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and represents his company to the highest standard.
