Stayed here for my final year of uni last year. Studios are spacious, modern and clean and reception staff were always very friendly, welcoming and eager to help with any questions I had. Really quiet, pleasant building to live in, perfect location for students with DMU campus right next to it and lots of student pubs surrounding it.

Definitely recommend staying here for any students. The studios are clean, tidy and very spacious with a well fitted bathroom and kitchen, large wardrobe, large flat TV and free WIFI. Any issues regarding maintenance or anything are solved very quickly, and Rob, Jo and Amy will do their best to ensure students have the best stay here - they’re amazing!

I have lived here for the past two years now and have throughly enjoyed it. The receptionist Joanne is extremely helpful and welcoming. She goes out of her way to get to know the residence, which is comforting. The studios are quite cozy and accomodating. I would definitely recommend booking here.

I have lived here for my full 3 years studying at the university of Leicester which is a 20 minute walk away. The studios speak for themselves, spacious modern and clean, but what has made my stay extremely enjoyable is the warmth and friendliness of Jo and Any who work behind reception. They are always working hard to solve any queries and make everyone’s experience at uni as pleasant as possible. I came here as a tenant and will leave as a friend once I have finished my degree. Also shout out to rob who solves any maintenance issues at super speed!!
