Pleasant Walk Around The Newark / Castle Area One Of The Older Parts Of Leicester. With A Very Nice Pub On Route.

Good accommodation to go to if you’re looking for nice rooms and privacy. The staff are really nice, especially the receptionists, and maintenance are very reliable when fixing any problems you may have with the property. The Securtiy guards are amazing, they come quickly and handle situations very well, although I do think maybe one more security guard on duty would be handy. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time at lumis and recommend to anyone going to Leicester for uni and wants to book a place to stay!

Lumis is a really lovely accommodation with an amazing team. The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly welcoming and supportive. Charlotte and Abid were especially helpful in getting me settled at Lumis and addressing any concerns I had. They care about safety and well-being of residents and they it seriously. It’s a great accommodation with good transport links and near to the city centre.

I had a viewing at Lumis Leicester and it was a really good experience. Abid was friendly, welcoming and answered all of my questions clearly. He explained everything properly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The accommodation looked clean, modern and well-maintained.
