The staffs are really nice and helpful and also very welcoming. The place is very close to the town centre which makes it easy to locate and access everything around you. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

We fully understand that there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 at the moment and possible consequent travel restrictions. If you book a room for September 2020 today, but are then disallowed from travelling to the UK due to the relevant Government travel restrictions, exclusively as a result of Covid-19 and therefore no longer require the room, you will be released from your booking – see below Terms & Conditions.
Terms & Conditions:
• This guarantee is open to all international students applying for higher education in the UK for the 2020/21 academic year.
• If an applicant is disallowed from travelling to the UK exclusively as a result of Covid19, they need to provide evidence from either the UK Government or from the Government where you live confirming this advice (in English). This must be provided to the Host no later than 1st August 2020.
• On production of the relevant Government confirmation (in English), the applicant's booking will be cancelled in full, with a full refund of any 2020/21 rental payments made.
• All applicants wishing to take up this option need to contact the accommodation where they placed their booking directly in order to activate this Guarantee.
• Any applicants who do not provide evidence by the dates outlined above, will be held to their tenancy agreement and will be liable for all contractual charges.
• Email confirmation will be sent to all students that are accepted onto this guarantee once they have paid advance rent and confirmed their guarantor details where applicable.

I stayed in this accommodation last year and I still miss it. This was the best accommodation I stayed in in my four years in Leicester. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-lit with plenty of storage, and the staff were the loveliest people who were genuinely there to help. The kitchen was lovely with plenty of room for all the people staying to have their own shelf space and storage spaces. I highly recommend this accommodation, the only reason that I didn't book it for another year is because of the distance from the University.

lovely place, lovely staff, and lovely location... but the ear piercingly loud fire alarm is triggered every two days and doesnt get turned off for hours on end. the people living here are horrible too they scream around and bang on walls and wake us up every single night. this would be a 5/5 perfect accommodation if it wasnt for that one issue but c'est la vie amirite

I absolutely love living at 41 castle street, the accommodation is very modern and kept up to standard, all my issues are always dealt with care and speed by the lovely Jamie and Ian at reception, never a dull moment when I have a conversation with them, this is my second year staying here and I would definitely stay here for my third, once again shout out to the lovely Jamie and Ian for all their work x

Stayed here for my final two years and I cannot say anything negative about the place. Neat, tidy and extremely spacious with plenty of space for belongings and kitchen supplies. The staff were friendly and helped so much, both Jamie and Ian are ready to lend a hand when needed and greet everyone with an infectious smile! The site is smaller compared to others in the area so it's perfect for those who prefer somewhere that's not as busy as well as quiet. Only gripe is I cannot rate it higher than 5
