Great location to be at considering the distance to the main building at University of Leeds. Right up the street is a bus stop so no issues in taking a short bus ride to the city centre. Just round the other corner is a convenient store with a parcel shop so that was also a plus point. Being in a shared flat you’ll definitely have the possibility of getting really nasty and unhygienic people who you’re sharing common areas with if you’re unlucky but weekly inspections can be arranged so people get themselves in check. Rooms were tidy and clean upon checkin, previous manager gave me a hard time checking in after a 25 hour journey but they’ve switched and the manager now is so lovely, super helpful and accommodating too. Everything in the flat works fine, there’s a common washer/dryer provided too. Rubbish area at the back is pretty neat and regularly cleaned out as well.

My bother used to live here. Its a very nice accommodation. It's very cozy and near to University of Leeds. I visited my brother one time. I was in love with this place. It's near to a convenient store. The bus stop is also near. Rooms are neat and clean. They conduct weekly inspection. Overall a good accommodation at this price is very rare. I would say if any one is booking just go for it
