The Refinery, Leeds

Oh my god!! Where do I even start, first of the staff are so so wonderful!! I always feel so extremely happy to talk to them, even my little silly questions aren’t silly to them. They are the sweetest bunch of people, definitely the best 3 people to put together in a work place, I always love hearing them talking and joking around with each other it’s just so sweet, they have no negative energy at all! And the accommodation is so clean, it’s so refreshing to know how clean it is, the activities to do here are limitless! It is so fun and organised!! I currently live in a bronze studio, which is the smallest room in the accommodation, but it still has enough space for me and all my stuff, and I have a lot of stuff! The en suites are beautiful and so much more shelving space than I expected. I am moving into a platinum studio this year and I have never been more excited, it looks so nice, they clean every single room after someone stayed. And the other members on site, for example the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff and the night staff are so incredibly sweet! It’s been lovely to call this place home for my years staying here and will always have a major special place in my university experience. Thank you so much everyone who made my stay so easy and welcoming and safe. I wish the best for this accommodation.

Had a great experience here. The common spaces and all facilities are always clean. All the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The security team is very prompt and kind. And the residents team is helpful.

The Refinery is such a great student accommodation, the facilities are great and the staff at reception are so kind and welcoming, they are always happy to help in anyway they can and they are very easy to talk to. The accommodation is always very clean and the layout is great. Definitely a great accommodation for university students as it is also in a good location to all the university’s and the city centre!!

Amazing accommodation for its price! Staff are very helpful and kind, they are always ready to help. Big kitchen and really good rooms. Always clean, wifi works perfectly. If there is some issue, it will be solved as soon as possible.
