I had a really positive experience at Briggate Residence. The location is very central, which made everything easy to reach, including shops, restaurants, transport links, and the university. Of course, being in the city centre means there can sometimes be some outside noise, but the building itself felt comfortable and well maintained. A special thank you to Kadir, who was always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed support. He made communication easy and always tried to resolve things quickly. Overall, I felt well looked after during my stay and would recommend Briggate Residence to students looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Leeds.

The location of the Studios is particularly good. It is very close to the train station and the city centre shopping centre. Conveniently located. The flat is well equipped and soundproofed. The heating was very adequate. I would choose to stay there again next time. Recommended stay to find Kadil, he is very nice!

I arranged my accommodation through this place, and I had a great experience. The receptionist was Turkish, and he was incredibly helpful. His communication skills were excellent, and he was very friendly and welcoming. He was always polite, supportive, and smiling. Whenever I had a problem, he immediately took care of it. They are respectful towards students and always try to help with any issue. They are also very good at introducing the local area and sharing useful experiences. They respond to messages quickly, which makes everything much easier. If I come to the UK again, I would definitely choose to stay here. In terms of price-performance, I think this is one of the best places in the UK. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Especially Kadir Bahadır — he is a truly great person. He is very kind-hearted and pleasant to talk to, and always creates a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. He is also very helpful, does his job very well, and honestly deserves an even better position. I feel lucky to have met him. Thank you very much for everything!

To be honest, the best student accommodation I personally classify is a 5-star hotel.. Location in the heart of Leeds..Cleanliness.. The room capacity is large. Complete privacy.. Quiet… The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. And literally everything you need is available I highly recommend it 👍
