Once a tenancy is complete and the cooling off period of 48 hours has lapsed, the student is liable for their contract. The student will not be able to cancel their tenancy agreement unless their reasoning falls under ‘No Place, No Stay’, ‘No Visa, No Stay’ or ‘Replacement Tenant’. Sufficient evidence must be provided from the institution before Unilife cancel the contract.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unilife Riverside, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Initially, I booked a short-term let for three months, but I was so impressed with the place that I decided to extend my tenure. One of the standout features of Unilife Riverside is its incredibly convenient location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to the railway station and the bustling high street. What makes it even more special is its picturesque setting along the riverbank, providing a serene and scenic environment. The ambiance of the place is delightful, as it exudes a vibrant and positive vibe. The management frequently organizes events for the residents, creating a sense of community and ensuring that there is always something exciting happening. It was wonderful to be a part of such an active and engaging atmosphere. Unilife Riverside also boasts impressive in-house facilities that greatly enhance the overall living experience. The well-equipped gym, pool table, spacious study room, and TV room provided ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. It was refreshing to have these amenities. I must commend the staff at Unilife Riverside, especially Frank and Andrew, for their remarkable assistance throughout my stay. They were always ready to lend a helping hand and promptly addressed any concerns or queries I had. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made me feel welcome and well-cared for.

Coming from overseas to study at University was scary at first, but Jasmin does a great job at making this place feel like a second home, with the events she holds, the community she has built and the friends she has helped me make at Riverside. I don't want to leave this accommodation!

It’s a very clean, beautiful, and well-organized accommodation. There is a warm, family-like atmosphere here. Jasmin is the person who makes all of this possible. We love her 🙏🏻

Unilife Riverside House is great student accommodation. The studios are very nice and spacious. Jasmin, the House Manager makes the accommodation very welcoming. She creates a great community with all of the activities she plans and it feels like home away from home.

Finding a good accommodation while abroad can be tricky, but this property has been a breath of fresh air. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is the management. Our house manager Jasmin is kind, approachable and truly cares about the resident's experience. She goes above and beyond by organizing wonderful resident events that have helped me feel so welcome and connected to the community. It makes such a difference knowing you are in good hands because there is always something to look forward to!
