Finding a Replacement Occupier for your accommodation.
If you wish to end your license to occupy early, you may find a replacement licensee acceptable to the landlord. The new licensee will sign a new agreement, which may be at a different rent to match the current market rate.
Before we accept a replacement:
Once the replacement licensee has signed and paid, they will assume responsibility for all future rent and obligations. Until then, you remain responsible for the rent until the original end date.

Excellent living facilities with user-friendly amenities and student friendly atmosphere. Peaceful, Quiet, filled with Friendly students and a good place to socialise if you are a party freak. The SPAR at the entrance is a boon. However, the staffs seem a bit Rude and Racist (Not that much), but yeah it is what it is.

Been with them for two years, great experience from the welcome to checking out. Superb management on site that will try everything to sort your problems. Also the new refurbished rooms are sick and would recommend getting them.

Location is perfect for Strathclyde University, city centre and Glasgow Green. The facilities are great. Staff are friendly, welcoming and communicative. Although there has been ocassions where the lifts are broken, the staff have always worked towards solutions. It is ideal for any student!
