I live here and I also plan to live here next year. Very friendly staff, many events and nicest facilities in town. A dishwasher in the room and also a uni-kit was provided while I was moving in (I have a gold studio). If you like a comfortable lifestyle, definitely try out the Neighborhood. Havent seen a better dorm in a while.

Nice rooms, great communal spaces, study rooms are really useful. Staff are very nice and helpful- always happy to chat with them. Regular events like pizza night are a hit- good to have a consistent social event which isn't too intense, the event nights (move-in, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) are always a great night as well.

Highly recommend! The common areas and facilities have everything you may need, and they offer free social activities every week that are great for socializing and making friends. The staff is also extremely helpful and Rob in particular has been very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are also modern, high quality and clean, and some offer a great view of the city. Without a doubt the best student accommodation in Exeter!

Great accommodations!! The room is functional and stylish decoration. Warm hospitality and welcome by staffs. Great services and clean. Good morning with coffee fruits and bakeries are provided in weekdays. Common areas are clean and encouraged to use any time. Good services and safety environment. There’s 24 hrs staff stand-by to service residents. Totally love this place and warmly feel like home!!!!

I've been here for three months, and I can definitely say that this place is one of my comfort zones. The room is well-furnished and practical with all the drawers. I can keep my stuff tidy and well-organized due to these. With a kitchen area in the room, I can prepare any type of meal without worrying about smells because the cooking hood has worked pretty well. On a daily basis, this accommodation provides free coffee and pastries. The building is incredibly clean because there has been a weekly cleaning service. Apart from that, I feel safe and secure at this accommodation because there is 24/7 staff in the lobby and CCTV throughout the entire building. Since day one, all staff have been friendly, helpful, and warmly welcoming, especially Russ, Katie, and Adam. I have taken around 30 minutes to walk to campus every day. And it's only a 5- to 10-minute walk to the city center. For those who enjoy weekly grocery shopping, it's a wonderful location. The booking and payment processes are simple and secure. So I would definitely recommend The Neighbourhood Exeter 🤩🏡
