If student request cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) after the accept the offer, they need to email info@pfpstudent.co.uk or site teams, then site team will send student a refund form from finance team. If they request cancellation outside 1 day (24 hours), they almost likely need to find a replacement tenant, unless its No Visa No stay (with proof), Undergrad first year student got withdraw by university - No Place No Pay (with proof).

An amazing accommodation to live in! Rooms are nice and comfortable, location is 10/10 (15 minutes walk to uni, close to train station and all the shops and cafes). Also there are loads of common areas to study or relax, and they can be booked for society or group events, which is great! The staff are nice and helpful, and the accommodation is safe, and there is 24/7 someone from the management team to help you!

Parish Hall is a great solution for those students who need a quiet, central, and easily accessible place to stay in Egham. The staff is always nice and ready to help you, particularly useful is the fact that they collect your parcels without any problem and are there 24/7; plus, they are always coming up with nice surprises! The rooms are spacious enough and with enough cabins to store your things, and you can hardly hear your neighbors. Also the position is great, just two steps away from Waitrose and Tesco, 5 minutes from train station and 10 minutes by bus from Royal Holloway. Definitely recommended!

Very nice student accommodation for those who study in Royal Holloway. It is located in the town center, so all the shops, restaurants and train/bus stations are really close. Rooms are very cozy, have all the necessary equipment, as well as large windows with nice view. Management team are very nice and helpful. 24/7 there is someone to help you with anything you need. Also they receive all the parcels for you, which is really convenient. Royal Holloway is in 15 minute walk from the accommodation, or 4 minutes by bus. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

I have lived at Parish Hall for two years now, and I believe that it's the best student accommodation I could have asked for. The team is fantastic, going as far as to kindly let me keep the same room over both years and even store my stuff over the summer, which was a massive help. The staff are always friendly: they are prepared to help with any issue, no matter big or small, and smile at you whenever you walk past the front desk. As for the rooms, I think they are perfect for any serious student. they feature everything you could ever need, including a full kitchen as well as a private en-suite bathroom.
