On the lower ground and ground floors of our Georgian townhouse wing, these well-equipped rooms offer an impressive 26-28 sq m of living space, just 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre.

This spacious room gives you a home you’ll be proud of. There’s a small double bed, wardrobe and study area, as well as a private shower room. 

A separate kitchen and living room, shared with one other resident, offers the chance to cook, relax and socialise. All the facilities of the building are available to you anytime, including our gym, cinema, lounge and library.

With 18-19 sq m of living space, our contemporary Bronze Studio are ideal for solo and shared living, enjoying a wide range of onsite facilities.

Found on all floors of the building, our Bronze Studio provide all the essentials for an independent student life. 

They’re equipped with a small double bed, wardrobe, study area and en suite shower room, and give you your own fitted kitchen. All the Elliott House amenities are available to you too, including our gym, cinema, lounge and study space in our elegant library.

Offering 20-22 sq m of living space, our spacious Silver Studio can be found on floors LG-5 and are ideal for solo occupancy or a couple sharing.

With a small double bed, wardrobe and study area, our Silver Studios are well equipped as well as spacious. 

Featuring a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, and an en suite shower room, they offer everything you need for an independent lifestyle, including access to our cinema, library and gym – and some enjoy beautiful views too. 

With a massive 24 sqm of living space, Platinum Studio rooms are seriously spacious, with great features and maximum storage. With a small double bed, wardrobe, study area and en suite shower room plus your own fully fitted open-plan style kitchen with toaster, kettle and breakfast bar, Premium Studio Plus rooms are well kitted out. They offer everything you need for a great student lifestyle, with some rooms giving beautiful views over the pretty surroundings from their big bright windows.

These 16.5 sq m rooms in our Georgian wing offer great value in an historic setting, and enjoy the use of a shared kitchen and living area with two other residents.

On the lower-ground floor of our elegant Georgian townhouse, this mini-studio offers an introduction to independent living while enjoying all our onsite facilities.

This compact studio offers more independence than an en suite room, with its own kitchenette. Offering 12 sq m of living space, this mini-studio also features a small double bed, study area and shower room, and has the use of all our facilities and social areas, including the cinema room, library, lounge and gym. Please note this studio has restricted views due to its position in the building.
