About Waters Court, Coventry

Waters Court is our modern accommodation for students in Coventry is just a five-minute walk from Coventry University and a 20-minute bus or train journey away from the University of Warwick.  
Waters Court consists of 73 bedrooms, with a mixture of five en-suite styles to pick from. All our rooms include the same features including a private bathroom, a snug double bed, desk and study space as well as a mini-fridge and tons of wardrobe and shelf space for all your belongings. All our flats have a shared kitchen and communal area to share between 3-4 people and comes with all the necessities you’ll need. Enjoy a relaxing cooking night or sit down and have a few drinks with your flatmates on the tables and chairs in the kitchen.  
Due to Waters Court's location, you’ll never be shy of things to do. When you want a shopping date then West Orchards Shopping Centre or Lower Precinct Shopping Centre are the places to go. Tons of high street faves are in both centres, so you can sort an outfit for your next night out in no time. Curious to know where you can get some tasty food nearby? There are Basement Browns, Wagamama and Turtle Bay all within walking distance from us so you can get some lovely food and drinks, some even offer student discounts too – yay!  
Keen to see what the nightlife is like in Coventry? There are lots of places to visit and we’re sure you’ll enjoy partying the night away in freshers. We’re right near Catch Twenty-Two which showcases great music, live performances, and weekly events. After the night is over, head back home to your bed which is only a 2-minute walk away. For those that want a swim, we’re right near The Wave Waterpark with a lazy river and tons of slides - go with your newfound friends and have a laugh!

At Waters Court, there’s everything you’ll need to kick start your student life, and tons to do in the local area, no matter what your interests are!

Our Deluxe En-Suite Room is one of our biggest styles measuring 30sqm. You’ll for sure feel right at home in no time with your own cozy double bed, study desk, fridge, wardrobe, bookshelf, and en-suite bathroom. Mix with others in the communal kitchen area and have a catch-up after a day at uni. Whether you fancy a workout in the on-site gym or need a snack from the vending machine, Waters Court has it all. There are tons of sites to see and a variety of pubs and restaurants on our doorstep, why not book to stay with us?

Superior En-Suite

Rooms Filling Fast

The Superior En-Suite option measures 25sqm so you’ve got lots of space to have people round or store all your belongings. In your room, you’ll find your en-suite bathroom, lovely double bed, desk area, mini-fridge, wardrobe, and shelf space. When you’re feeling like spending time with others make your way to the shared kitchen and communal area which you’ll share with 3-4 people. Plan a cooking night or games night with your flatmates! Waters Court is in the heart of Coventry City Centre for when you want to explore things to do and see.

    I have been residing here for the past 6 months and my experience has almost been amazing! First of all they granted me the room on super short notice and also agreed to extend later. The room is spacious, has lots of storage, a mini fridge and a huge desk. The ensuite shower is a bonus and is elegant. The shared kitchen spaces are cleaned regularly, and come with big cabinets for each room.Every floor is operated with a coin operated washer and dryer making laundry easy. Luckily I haven’t had any problems with maintenance however the team is always quick to respond in terms of queries and concerns. Apart from the residence, the location is extremely comfortable with a stones throw to the city centre, shops and banks. University, Pool meadow and train station are hardly 10mins walk away. Highly recommended for professionals or students who would like to live within commutable distances and also have a comfortable residence with a comfortable living environment with great facilities at hand. The staff is very friendly and assist with all queries. They have been very welcoming so far.

    Good location, easy access to city centre,clean room, Ensuite is installed with modern amenities, room maintenance can booked online and service is quick, Wi-Fi is good and high speed. Shared kitchen is cleaned by staff on timely manner. Security access everywhere.
