Waters Court, Coventry

I stayed at Water's Court for six months, and I can confidently say it's one of the best accommodations in Coventry City Centre, managed by Apps Living. I’d easily rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Staff: The Apps Living team is fantastic – respectful, friendly, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. They always show up promptly, and the reception staff are polite and welcoming. Pros: It’s perfect for early working professionals, with regular kitchen cleaning and bin disposal every 2-3 days, fast maintenance services, secure parking, and safe parcel storage at reception. Plus, its central location makes commuting a breeze. Cons: There’s no gym, meeting/study rooms, and the lounges are quite small. Parking can be expensive, and the fines for certain things are heavy. I also noticed different tenants paying varying rents for the same rooms, which could feel unfair. Suggestions: Reducing fines and instead having night staff for emergencies could be helpful. Introducing gaming rooms, study spaces, and larger lounges would be great. Setting consistent room prices for all tenants, with gradual rent increases over time, and adding a dedicated reception worker at Water’s Court for easier parcel collection would also improve the experience. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely consider staying with Apps Living again!

I had a very good experience staying here. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially April, who was always smiling and very welcoming. Whenever there was a problem, it was solved very quickly. The maintenance service was also excellent. After reporting an issue, the staff came very quickly to fix it. The apartment itself is spacious, with fully equipped furniture and facilities. The fridge is also very big, which is really convenient for daily life. Most importantly, the location is perfect — right in the heart of the city centre, making everything very convenient. Highly recommended!

I've had a wonderful experience with Apps Living. The student accommodation they provide is top-notch—clean, secure, and thoughtfully maintained. One of the best parts about living here is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with anything you need. Security is clearly a priority, and it shows. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. The shared kitchen is also cleaned regularly and kept in excellent condition, which really adds to the quality of life. Overall, Apps Living offers a fantastic student accommodation experience. I’d highly recommend it to any student looking for a safe, clean, and supportive place to live.

Good management, the staff and manager are very nice. Also, they sort things out very efficiency. Every week have cleaning teams come to clean and tidy the corridor. Good WIFI network in studio, it is fine to play video games and online meeting. Good prices to live in this studio, and so convenient to go anywhere in the centre!

I really enjoyed my stay here and had a great overall experience. The place was comfortable and well managed, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I’d happily recommend it to others ✨
