About Waters Court, Coventry
Waters Court is our modern accommodation for students in Coventry is just a five-minute walk from Coventry University and a 20-minute bus or train journey away from the University of Warwick.
Waters Court consists of 73 bedrooms, with a mixture of five en-suite styles to pick from. All our rooms include the same features including a private bathroom, a snug double bed, desk and study space as well as a mini-fridge and tons of wardrobe and shelf space for all your belongings. All our flats have a shared kitchen and communal area to share between 3-4 people and comes with all the necessities you’ll need. Enjoy a relaxing cooking night or sit down and have a few drinks with your flatmates on the tables and chairs in the kitchen.
Due to Waters Court's location, you’ll never be shy of things to do. When you want a shopping date then West Orchards Shopping Centre or Lower Precinct Shopping Centre are the places to go. Tons of high street faves are in both centres, so you can sort an outfit for your next night out in no time. Curious to know where you can get some tasty food nearby? There are Basement Browns, Wagamama and Turtle Bay all within walking distance from us so you can get some lovely food and drinks, some even offer student discounts too – yay!
Keen to see what the nightlife is like in Coventry? There are lots of places to visit and we’re sure you’ll enjoy partying the night away in freshers. We’re right near Catch Twenty-Two which showcases great music, live performances, and weekly events. After the night is over, head back home to your bed which is only a 2-minute walk away. For those that want a swim, we’re right near The Wave Waterpark with a lazy river and tons of slides - go with your newfound friends and have a laugh!

The Superior En-Suite option measures 25sqm so you’ve got lots of space to have people round or store all your belongings. I had a very good experience staying here. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially April, who was always smiling and very welcoming. Whenever there was a problem, it was solved very quickly. The maintenance service was also excellent. After reporting an issue, the staff came very quickly to fix it. The apartment itself is spacious, with fully equipped furniture and facilities. The fridge is also very big, which is really convenient for daily life. Most importantly, the location is perfect — right in the heart of the city centre, making everything very convenient. Highly recommended!

I've had a wonderful experience with Apps Living. The student accommodation they provide is top-notch—clean, secure, and thoughtfully maintained. One of the best parts about living here is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with anything you need. Security is clearly a priority, and it shows. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. The shared kitchen is also cleaned regularly and kept in excellent condition, which really adds to the quality of life. Overall, Apps Living offers a fantastic student accommodation experience. I’d highly recommend it to any student looking for a safe, clean, and supportive place to live.

Good management, the staff and manager are very nice. Also, they sort things out very efficiency. Every week have cleaning teams come to clean and tidy the corridor. Good WIFI network in studio, it is fine to play video games and online meeting. Good prices to live in this studio, and so convenient to go anywhere in the centre!
