Canvas Arundel House, Coventry

I recently moved into this accommodation and overall my experience has been very positive. The place itself is nice, clean, and the people here are friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight Betty, who works here. She has been incredibly helpful since the day I moved in. Moving to a new place can be stressful, but Betty made the whole process much smoother for me. She patiently helped me with the move-in process and supported me with anything I needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really made a big difference. Thank you, Betty, for being so supportive and making my transition here so comfortable. Staff like you truly make a place feel more welcoming.

I moved to Canvas Arundel House last September and my time here has been phenomenal. The amenities of the room are great, it is a very clean accommodation and it has the most helpful staff. I would especially like to mention Alex, who usually works nights. He is an extremely helpful person who is very accommodating of your every need and is very easy to talk to. Really makes your stay at this place feel more comfortable and a lot like home. I would highly recommend Canvas as a place to stay.

Moving into my room in Arundel was very last minute and came with so many stresses and emotions. Through this Betty especially has made it, and still continues to make it, such a smooth transition for me. She is kind, caring, friendly and has honestly been like having a mum away from home. I’ve felt so supported and encouraged and have settled in very well. The maintenance team is also very prompt and responsive. Issues are always delt with asap and effectively.
