    Get in touch and tell us straight away. How much we can help will depend on the timing and the circumstances of your cancellation.
    Licence Agreements are legally binding, so once you have signed and returned your contract, you're required to pay your rent. If (under special circumstances only) you need to withdraw from the Licence Agreement, we'll try to find a replacement Licensee for your room, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to. If a new Licensee is found, then we can release you from your licence, but there will be a re-licence fee*. If you require a copy of the re-licence terms and conditions, please get in touch with us.

    Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then, should you decide to cancel, the amount is equal to the lesser of

     If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties, then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.

    If you want to pay your rent in instalments, we accept both UK and International guarantors. This is someone willing to sign a contract saying they’ll pay your rent if you fail to do so. Your guarantor cannot be another student or the government. In the circumstances where you do not have a guarantor, you can register with Housing Hand, who will act as a guarantor, subject to meeting their terms and conditions.
    Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.

    I had a really pleasant stay at the accommodation in Calcott. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions. Overall, it offered great value for money and I would happily stay here again

    As an international student one of the best decision I’ve made is to book accommodation with Calcott Ten. It’s literally home away from home, I’ve made many friends here thanks to various activities arranged. The staff is very cordial and prompt. Every single issue was respectful addressed and resolved. There’s also security throughout nighttime which makes the place very safe. Additionally, I’ve noticed regular maintenance works and lots of fun activities being arranged on regular basis. The location being just a stones throw away from university, I’d highly recommend this place.
