I had a really pleasant stay at the accommodation in Calcott. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions. Best accommodation ever! The management here is truly top-notch, and a special mention goes to my accommodation manager, Heidi Bryan, who has been exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, supported, and provided with everything needed to make student life enjoyable and fulfilling, especially for international students who have left home to study in the UK. Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care make a real difference in creating a welcoming home away from home. The maintenance service is also incredibly impressive, whenever I log a maintenance request in the morning, it’s often resolved by the time I return, which speaks volumes about how efficiently the accommodation is run and how much they value residents’ comfort. What also makes this place stand out are the wonderful social activities organised for students. These events create opportunities to connect, make friends, unwind, and build a sense of community, which is especially valuable for students settling into a new environment and culture. To the rest of the staff , thank you for being so polite, approachable, and always willing to help. Your professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed.
