had a lovely time at the viewing today, Sky the receptionist was really welcoming and assuring, she made sure we had no doubts or concerns and just made our viewing experience really comfortable. loved the rooms as well, really clean and tidy

Has really nice facilities, lots of open public areas that are well equipped and give the opportunity for interaction. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. It's student accommodation so noise is to be expected but is dealt with well. Extremely well situated with access to 3 universities in the city, especially USWs Atrium campus. If there's any maintenance issues or anything you can report them online and they will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I can’t thank the team enough for their help and support. From the beginning, they were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me find a solution for my accommodation situation. Communication has been excellent throughout, and they have been patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They made what was a very stressful situation feel much more manageable, and I really appreciate the effort they put in to make everything work. A special thank you to the team for being so helpful and making me feel looked after. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation!
