If student request cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) after the accept the offer, they need to email info@pfpstudent.co.uk or site teams, then site team will send student a refund form from finance team. If they request cancellation outside 1 day (24 hours), they almost likely need to find a replacement tenant, unless its No Visa No stay (with proof), Undergrad first year student got withdraw by university - No Place No Pay (with proof).

The staff were amazing during my stay, friendly and polite, they were always happy to help! The actual venue is lovely, with great communal spaces and a shared vegetable patch for all tenants to enjoy. The building is modern and stylish, as well as secure. A great accommodation for students! Thank you to the Brunswick House team I had an amazing time staying there.

I accompanied my daughter to her new accommodation in Brunwick House. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff ( especially Adewale who was very professional and kind) who provided us with a lot of useful information. As part of their hospitality, the company offered free drinks and food. The room is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is also very clean. I was allowed to park the car inside to help move my daughter's stuff.

Brunswick House should be the largest student accommodation in Cambridge in terms of room size, and the interior of the house is designed to be very efficient and soundproof, so I got a good night's rest. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to solve any problems I had during my stay, and Marina was very patient in answering all of my questions every time, even when I couldn't express myself fluently. I was very lucky to spend the last six months of my student life here, and I'm glad that I chose a studio that supported me to complete my studies successfully. I truly miss my time in Brunswick :(.
