Spent and year at here. Loved the location! It is very conveniently placed. Utility services were great, we had no major issues. The reception services are effective and kind. The new property manager Mattia is a natural at his job. We all love him!

I spent one year living at Harbour Court, and I will always remember the friends I made there, as well as two outstanding staff members, Moe and Mattia. Mattia made me feel at home—I can't recall how many times he helped me, from the first day I moved in to the last day when I left. He was always professional, friendly, polite, and patient. He almost always had the answers to my questions, and when he didn’t, he would find a way to help. Most of the residents were polite, and I never had any issues with my neighbours. My apartment was good, and the area is very safe and quiet, even though it’s close to a busy road with lots of buses. Most of the places I frequented were within walking distance. If I may suggest something to the administrators of Abodus, it would be to find a solution for better air circulation in the summer, as it was quite challenging to stay in such a warm environment. The winter was comfortable, but the summer could be improved. Harbour Court has many benefits: there’s a Tesco just one block away, the staff are available 24 hours a day, and the building is very secure. The area has great markets, including oriental ones, excellent pubs, the Harbourside for a beautiful waterside walk, and Brandon Hill, where you can enjoy nature and stunning city views. There is so much more to explore nearby as well.
