Great Experience, Spacious living spaces, Clean rooms. Best so far in terms other Student Accommodations in Bradford I lived in Both Flat C and A My best experience was FLAT A 012 (2nd floor) as you Get a really good view from above. Security Guards are also really helpful and supportive after the reception is closed so you get help almost 24/7. Try finding Saver ensuite as it can be affordable. Sometimes management can be non accommodating, but mostly they are accommodating, everyone has their ups and down days. Specially Simon Jordison from Management is really accomodating

I lived in IQ more than a year. Its like a home for me. I met a different people from different backgrounds at a Lobby where we play billiards and table tennis beyond a Gym which is a part of accommodation.

Wonderful and friendly team at Bradford Iq. The accommodation was neat and clean, suitable for students. Kostas was very helpful and friendly.

Nice apartment. Very spacious very clean and fine. I came to visit n the heater works well. The bathroom is however very small

I think IQ is the best accommodation for students! Very reliable and great rooms with great prices! The staff at Bradford IQ are absolutely excellent. Always ready to help when you need them! Always on site to listen and fix your issues! Would 100% recommend this accommodation !
