About Halls

The Pavilion is a stylish and contemporary student accommodation situated in one of the liveliest parts of the city of Birmingham. If you are a student pursuing education at the University College Birmingham (UCB) or Birmingham City University, you can simply walk to your educational institutions in under ten minutes! Students from Aston University are able to make it to their alma mater on foot in around 25 minutes and the bus ride to the University of Birmingham also takes around 20 minutes! This makes The Pavilion student accommodation an excellent choice if you are looking to save both time and money on your commute and enjoy a comparatively relaxed everyday student life!

Since you are situated close to Broad Street, the Bullring and Mailbox shopping centres are situated at a comfortable distance which means that a nice day of shopping can happen anytime during the week. Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.

Yes, you can request a change in your move-in date by filling out a form available at the front desk.
You can cancel within 14 days of signing your tenancy agreement for a full deposit refund. After 14 days, cancellations are allowed under specific conditions like visa denial or failing entry requirements. More details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Yes, there is a holding deposit of £250 or less. This deposit will be converted into a refundable damage deposit when your tenancy begins. All deposits are registered with My Deposit Scheme, a government-accredited Tenancy Deposit Protection provider. The deposit will be refunded after you vacate the room, minus any charges for damages.


 
A UK-based guarantor is only required if you want to pay your rent in instalments. If you don't have a UK guarantor, you'll need to pay the full year’s rent upfront when you apply.
Payments can be made via Recurring Card, Direct Debit, or Bank Transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Qualifying full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax. You must provide a council tax exemption certificate from your university.
