The Old Fire Station, Birmingham

Had a lovely stay. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I haven't seen Kerry in a while, and I hope she hasn't left good staff are hard to find! The location is excellent, and the building, rooms, and amenities are all great. I'd happily stay here again.

Last year September we took studio here for our daughter studying in nearby University, Location is nice and right across the road from Aston University and on a walking distance from BCU, Walking distance to Bullring, Primary, New Street Station etc Reception is 24/7 open with helpful staff although a bit slow in there processing but still good. Rooms are nicely maintained, Have equipped kitchen, Nice compact bathroom, The only disadvantage is the window glasses are fixed and we can't open it, Overall good value for money.

A truly warm and welcoming experience from an exceptional team. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Kerry was particularly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

And the comfort that I got here till now, I would hardly have got anywhere else. Because the staff of this property is very friendly and supportive too. The manager is very nice who is very supportive and treats her tenants like her own family. Rest all the professional staff are very good who work during the day. The entire staff is very well educated and experienced. The security personnel who come at night are also very friendly and supportive. The rooms in this property are very luxurious and absolutely new and well maintained. All the flats and apartments have everything you need. My experience has been excellent so far and I would recommend you. This property is located in the city center and is one of the best.
