Our Gold En Suite Plus rooms can be found on various floors throughout Penworks House, 1-7. Offering a little more space in a room measuring 15 sq m, providing a stylish, contemporary décor. Our Gold En Suite Plus rooms provide stylish neutral contemporary furniture and a generous room size. You'll have your own small double bed, private shower, toilet and sink as well as a communal kitchen and living area with a TV.

Located on floors 2-6, Silver En Suites give you 13 sq m of space without compromising on stylish, modern decor and finish.
Offering an affordable living space in our modern, loft-apartment style building without breaking the bank. The essentials for student life are included, such as a private shower and bathroom, a well-fitted communal kitchen and communal living room with a TV that you'll share with up to five others.

You’ll also have a well-equipped communal kitchen, a communal space with a TV, areas to socialise in and free WiFi. You'll be sharing with up to four others.

Our Platinum En Suites give you 13 sq m of space and includes a modern, dark wood interior. Each room has a small double bed, desk and study chair and private en suite bathroom along with a USB plug socket. You’ll also enjoy the use of a shared kitchen and a communal TV area with Bluetooth speaker, USB plug socket and we've got you covered with an iron, ironing board, kettle and toaster. Our premium en suites in the building, these self-contained rooms are perfect for those looking for a higher level (Floors 9 & 10) home, kitted out with neutral decor and great facilities. The shared kitchens have built-in Bluetooth speaker and a 39 inch Smart TV, these are larger than the 32 inch TVs in other room types.
