Welcome to Cadnam Hall, one of the most modern and newest accommodations in Birmingham! Situated just a short 15-minute walk away from the prestigious University of Birmingham, this student accommodation is the epitome of value for money, thanks to its prime location and spacious rooms.
Each room at Cadnam Hall is a double room with its own en suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every resident. You'll also have access to a shared open-plan lounge and kitchen area, where you can socialise with your fellow students and whip up delicious meals together.
Our rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary student facilities, such as lockable cupboards to keep your belongings safe and secure, a large communal TV for group movie nights, and fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the building. You'll also have access to ample outdoor garden space, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and studying in the fresh air.
We understand that laundry is a necessary chore, which is why we've made it convenient for you by providing an onsite laundry facility. No more lugging your dirty clothes to a laundromat!
One of the best things about Cadnam Hall is its unbeatable location. The university is just a short 10-minute walk away, so you can roll out of bed and be in class in no time. If you prefer to cycle, there's a secure bicycle shade where you can park your bike.
For those times when you want to explore beyond the campus, the No. 22 bus stop is conveniently located nearby, making it easy for you to connect to the center of Birmingham and beyond.

Room Size 15m2. Being larger than the average student room. The classic rooms, provide a perfect option for those, that want an affordable room or value for money. Having additional space at the end of the bed and plenty of storage throughout the room, there’s a comfortable amount of space to relax and study.

For those that choose to book early. There are also many options in regards to the rooms. From rooms 1-5 in most flats, ground floor to 3rd floor, north to south facing, etc. Providing options to those who want to find their ideal room.

The 4-bed flat also provides that additional privacy. Located on the ground Hall of block A surrounded by greenery. The flat also contains a similarly sized common area to that of the 6-bed flats.

Room Size 17.5m2. Being a similar size to our studios. The Deluxe rooms, provide those who are looking for a bit of extra space, with a perfect option. Having additional space throughout the room, relaxing, studying, and placing additional personal items may make your stay even better.

The 5 bed flat also provides great views due to being on the top floor (4th floor) of Cadnam Hall. The flat also benefits from only sharing the floor with the 1 bed flat ensuring further privacy.

For those that choose to book early. There are also many options regarding the rooms (Deluxe Rooms are located at the ends of the flats in room 6). Such as ground floor to 3rd floor, north to south facing, etc. Providing options to those who want to find their ideal room.

    A really quiet and peaceful environment for students. Nice greenery in the backyard, pettingDuke and walking around the big park just 5 mins walk from this accommodation is defo good for relief from stressful uni work. I have lived here for 3 years and the management teams are very supportive and there are events organise for students to socialise and I made lifelong friends from the first year I moved in :) This is surely a great fit for people who like a quiet and relax place to stay in!

    I really enjoyed my stay at Cadnam Hall. As a student accommodation, it provides everything with excellent and friendly management in place. The service was great with convenient facilities alongside a spacious and comfortable room. There are public transport links very close by and with the university being a 15 minute walk away, its the perfect location for accommodation. Overall I had a great time living here and I would highly recommend it to any student looking for a place to stay.

    Very friendly staff who are always ready to help with any queries and promptly deal with any needs. Great services and convenient facilities, with a very spacious and clean room as well as comfortable living environments with great quality furniture and a really nice ensuite. Public transport readily available with bus stop just outside and train station nearby. I've felt very safe whilst living here with all the facilities that have been set up in terms of security and it has also been a very nature rich and peaceful environment. I've really enjoyed my time at Cadnam and will definitely be missing my room next year!

    Cadnam Hall provides excellent student accomodation. It offers well-kept, spacious rooms and is in a convenient and quiet location (in contrast to Selly Oak, where a lot of other students are). The staff are friendly and happy to help. Additionally, the internet is fast and was reliable throughout the majority of the year. The small gym downstairs is also very convenient and well kept. My only point of concern is that the walls in my flat were quite thin, which was especially noticeable as my room was next to the kitchen. But this was fairly minor in relation to the whole experience, and can be remedied using earplugs/headphones, hence my 5 star review.

    Living at Canalside has been such a great experience. The place is modern, clean, and well-managed, but what really makes it stand out is the people. Gordon, the manager, is incredibly supportive and always goes above and beyond to help students feel comfortable and looked after. You can tell he genuinely cares, which makes a huge difference when you’re away from home. I’d recommend Canalside to any student looking for a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment.
