Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.
Had a tour of The Biscuit Factory with Drew and was really impressed 😊 The cinema room was definitely my favourite, but the gym, study areas and social spaces all looked amazing too. The whole place has a really nice feel to it and doesn't feel like typical student accommodation. Definitely one of the best student accommodation buildings I've seen in Belfast!

Stewart took us on a fab tour of the amazing facilities which included a super courtyard with lots of seating, games tables & a pergola. The cinema room & the games room are the most up to date filled with the latest tech as is the super laundry room. The gym is top quality with the latest premium level equipment. The social areas are very homely & the decor is of a 5 star hotel. All in all a fantastic student focused building with all the latest tech.

I visited Biscuit Factory with my teenage daughter for a tour and was really impressed. My daughter loved it and I left feeling confident that it would be a fantastic place for her and her friends to live. We left feeling really positive and I would have no hesitation recommending it to other parents looking for student accommodation in Belfast. Big thanks to Stewart for making the booking process so easy!

my tour of the biscuit factory was held by Sharon. The staff have such a nice way about them and I couldnt reccomend more- I was so lost with my choices of accomodation and figured that biscuit factory would be the best for me (just the staff alone make the place feel like a second home) Sharon really put my mind at ease for my first year moving for uni! 🩷🩷 cant wait to stay with you!
