Student accommodation - I had the room for 1 month The studio is clean with private toilet and small kitchen. Also, there is study area, laundry, and like cinema room in the 1st floor. Reception are very nice and helpful Location is perfect 👌 Keep in mind room is not prepared. Bring with you every thing (bed linen, towels, soaps ,...)

-Location: Near university of Aberdeen, Lidl, Matthews food, Manchurian Restaurant, Kittybrewster retail park, stores in Berryden, very near to a bus stop. Love it. -Staff: Friendly, helpful especially Kathryn and Stacey. Love them. They gave me encouragement, help and advice I needed. -Room: Spacious, double bed, microwave, toaster, hob, automatic light for bathroom, table and chair for dining, table and chair for studying, the study desk has a built-in light and a vision board, great wifi, laundry 3.8 pounds, dryer 2.40 pounds. -Quiet: good for studying and sleeping -Events for social and wellbeing: Pet therapy, girls night, Chinese New Year, Cookies Day, etc. -Bike Storage and Car park: convenient -Key tag necklace: very convenient

Very grateful for my first choice. The setting is great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great view. The staff are also very welcoming and enjoyable. So I will continue to choose this place for the second year.

Great place for new or returning students, ideally located for all the best parts of Aberdeen. Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, definitely worth the stay.
