I enjoyed my stay, but there were two operational issues. First, I booked the accommodation through Hostelworld, but the contact information provided there was incorrect. As a result, I was unable to receive the check-in instructions until the day of my booking. I could not reach anyone beforehand, which caused unnecessary stress. Second, the email sent by the property stated that check-out was available until 11:00 a.m. However, an employee informed me that I had to check out by 10:00 a.m., so I had to leave earlier than expected. Apart from these issues, the property itself was great and located in a very convenient area.

Stayed for 4 days. Great location within seconds from the tram terminus. Quiet and safe neighborhood. There are supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops within the building/within a 1 minute radius. Amenities inside the building is great as well. The place is spacious. But the building management has room for improvement in terms of cleaningness. The pantry is extremely dirty and disorganised (which partly stems from guests without discipline) but it would still be nice for the housekeeping team to do more regularly cleaning over there. On the elevator lobby there is also constantly a strong garbage smell somehow. The room is spacious as well and has all the basic furniture. However guests are responsible for their own toiletry basically. If shampoo and body ash are inclusive, it would be a lot nicer.

I've had a great experience with this accommodation so far. The team has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the move-in period. Every query has been handled promptly and professionally, which has made settling in much easier. A special mention to Francisco Luiza, his willingness to assist have really stood out and made a positive impression. It's reassuring to know that any concerns or requests are dealt with quickly. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience smooth and welcoming.

I love my room. I am staying here for 4 months, I loved everything. My room is big, they are organising lots of events, so close to the city center. There a lots of places that you can eat at the point. Also you have dunnes store and boots near you. You can always get your parcel from reception, it is 24/7
