My experience at Point Campus, Dublin has been excellent overall, and I would highly recommend it to students looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and secure place to stay.
I stayed in a Classic Plus room, and the cleanliness of the building is outstanding. The on-site staff are always present, ensuring that all common areas are well maintained. The reception staff deserve special mention — they are genuinely friendly, extremely helpful with queries, and very welcoming to new residents. They even provide maps and local vouchers, which is a great touch for students who are new to the city.
The facilities here are top-class, featuring two fully equipped gyms, two cinema rooms, multiple study rooms, a lounge area, and all essential amenities needed for student living. The security is excellent, especially with a dedicated evening security team on site, which makes the entire area feel very safe at all times.
In terms of noise, the upper levels are generally very quiet. However, it can get a bit noisy on concert and party nights since the accommodation is located right next to the 3Arena — something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to sound. That said, it’s usually quiet and doesn’t affect daily living.
Point Campus also offers great value for money, considering the quality of the rooms, facilities, and overall experience.
The only downside is that kitchen and shared living area cleaning is not included. It is entirely the responsibility of the cluster residents, and since not everyone is always on the same page, these areas can sometimes get quite dirty.
✅ Pros: Friendly staff, excellent facilities, high security, great location, and value for money
❌ Cons: no cleaning staff for kitchen and living space
Overall, Point Campus provides a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped student living experience, and I would happily recommend it to others.
