I moved in nearly 3 weeks ago and I’ve loved every bit of it. It’s in a very convenient location, not too far from three different bus stops. The laundry facilities are great and the common areas are always kept neat. The staff are always lovely and very helpful :))

Fantastic student accommodation. As an international student, new to Ireland, the Nido team at Curraheen point made me feel very welcome. My studio apartment was well equipped with all utilities needed. The building management provides great attention to health safety during this pandemic.

The place is absolutely fabulous, so clean and modern. The individual rooms allow for personal space with lots of room to relax after a long hard day of lectures. As for the common area, well it is utterly stunning with simple yet functional crockery perfect for having friends over, or just a quiet night in. And as for the facilities…well it’s like a hotel. And a nice one too!! 10/10 would recommend for incoming students or holiday makers

Another fabulous accommodation in Cork. Very hospitable with arranging to view the place. Very quite compared to Bróga House, where my daughter lived previously, but it is out of the way of the city and has smaller facilities. Ideal location if you have someone doing medicine or dental college, and the same Nido service which is always fantastic

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
