Our Superior Studios are the largest rooms at Broga House with sizes from 36 to 37 square meters. They are the right size if you want loads of liveable space and to have privacy. Each Superior Studio includes a compact double bed, in-room storage space, and a desk area. You also have an ensuite bathroom and a fully functional kitchenette. Plus, you’ll have access to a 24/7 gym and plenty of social & study spaces so making friends will be a breeze.

Select the property and academic year: Visit the Fresh website, select the preferred city or property, and choose the academic year.
Select the room type: Review available en-suite rooms, studios or shared apartments, along with rent and tenancy dates.
Click “Book Now”: Start the online booking application for the selected property.
Enter student details: Complete the application with the required personal and contact information.
Provide a photograph and guarantor details: Keep a head-and-shoulders photograph ready, along with the guarantor's name, email address and address, if applicable.
Pay the advance rent or holding payment: Make the payment requested during the booking process to reserve the room. The payment is credited towards the first rent instalment.
Complete the booking application: Review the booking details and submit the required information. If the student has specific accessibility needs, contact the Residents' Team as the online process may be paused for further discussion.
Review and sign the accommodation agreement: Complete the applicable tenancy agreement or licence agreement for the selected property.
Complete guarantor formalities: If paying rent by instalments using a guarantor, arrange for the guarantor to provide proof of ID and address and sign the agreement as required.
Pay the first rent instalment: Follow the payment schedule stated in the agreement. The first rental instalment must be paid before move-in.
Receive booking confirmation: Retain the booking confirmation and payment acknowledgement. For the 2026/27 academic year, some properties may have a specific agreement-signing process while regulatory changes are finalised.
Complete pre-arrival formalities: Watch the induction video and book a move-in slot when Fresh contacts the student before the tenancy starts.

Booking Process Details

Do I Need a Guarantor?
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
What is Advance Rent?
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were super hospitable and helpful. I would love to shout out Emily who was working the front desk, she was so sweet and so incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.
