Perfect location if your uni is located in Talence as the residence is situated right in the middle between campuses and city centre. With tram B station just in front of the residence commuting is super easy and quick and takes only 15 mins to get to the city centre. Residence is located in the heart of beautiful and safe neighbourhood with multiple grocery stores, beautiful park, post, boulangerie, pharmacy, cinema and many more facilities just a walk from the doorstep! Lively and welcoming atmosphere can be felt all the time since the square which residence is located on is also full of nice restaurants, cafés and bars which are always full of locals and students. Every Wednesday morning there is a local food market on the square in front of the residence offering fresh fruit, veggies, meat, fish and other. Apartments in residence are clean and well maintained, equipped with basic utilities. Residence gym has just enough (TechnoGym) equipment for working out and is always clean. Also, shoutout to madame Murielle who was always promptly responding to any of the housekeeping requests (e.g. borrowing l’aspirateur). All in all, I had only positive experience with YouFirst Talence Centre and je recommande! :)
