During the year, Livensa Living Studios is a student dorm, which is to keep in mind, as the position is close to the university, and you can to reach Antiguo with 30’ walk, and Casco Viejo either with 30’ bus ride (there are multiple stops right by) or 60’ walk. Pros: the room was clean and it had a kitchen and TV, the staff was also kind and available at any time of the day. Very fast check-out. There is a huge study room, gym, washing room, and game room with a ping pong, foosball, and board games. The room also had well functioning AC. Cons: other facilities were missing, such as being able to open the window without the receptionists’ consent and key, as well as having the hairdryer without asking, for a 2 nights stay we had no cleaning service included.

Everything was great during my stay. The double room was just the right size for what I needed, and everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. I didn’t experience any problems at all. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I have been living at Livensa for about one and half years, and overall my experience has been very positive. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and approachable, which makes living here comfortable. The room is small but well designed, with a private kitchen that includes all the basic necessities. There is also plenty of space for studying, and the environment is generally quiet and suitable for students. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and safe.

The staff were always incredibly kind, supportive, and professional, and the residence itself is modern, clean, comfortable, and full of positive energy. What makes this place truly special is not only the excellent facilities, but also the human warmth. The location is excellent, the study and gym spaces are great, and the community atmosphere is wonderful for both students and researchers. It is an international, friendly, and inspiring environment that makes everyday life easier and happier. Every corner of this place holds beautiful memories for me, and I am genuinely grateful for all the kindness and support I received there. I would absolutely recommend Livensa Living San Sebastián to anyone moving to San Sebastián for studies or work. ❤️
