(A) The Student can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
(B) If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the tenancy agreement start date, the student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant has been found. The rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perth’s discretion.
(C) A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least 14 days before the tenancy agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa. Administration fee of $100 is applicable.
D) Bookings less than 90 days cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
I lived at Campus Perth for two years and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are well maintained and the staff are supportive. Their weekly events were a great opportunity to meet new people as well. It’s a great place for students in Perth.

I have been living at Campus Perth in a Studio Large apartment for several months now and plan to extend my stay for a longer term. The apartment is spacious and perfectly suited for two people: large windows with a beautiful view from the top floor, and a comfortable big bed. Upon moving in, we were provided with several sets of bed linen as well as a starter pack of dishes and cleaning supplies — which turned out to be very convenient. The lease agreement and check-in process were clear and transparent. The campus offers plenty of areas for studying, working, and relaxing. During peak hours it can sometimes be hard to find a free spot, but most of the time there’s more than enough space. Shared kitchens are also available and fully equipped with dishes, sponges, and towels. Sometimes students leave a mess behind, but the staff cleans every morning, which partly solves this issue. Utilities and internet are included in the rent, which is convenient. However, the internet occasionally drops out for 10–15 minutes a couple of times a day, which can be disruptive when working remotely. There is a laundry room with dryers in the building — there’s usually enough space, and the prices are quite reasonable. The atmosphere deserves special mention: several times a week the campus hosts different events and activities that make it easy to meet new people and build useful connections. And perhaps most importantly — the campus staff. They are always approachable, ready to help with any issues, and take an individual approach. Thanks to them, we have made many new friends and truly feel part of a real community. Overall, Campus Perth is an excellent place to live, study, and work — especially for those who value comfort, convenience, and an active community.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Campus Perth. The facilities are great, and there are always activities going on, which makes it easy to meet new people and feel part of a community. I stayed in Campus 4 and had such great roommates, which honestly made the whole experience even better. Overall, a really positive stay!

I have lived in Campus Perth for 9 months. Everything is excellent. The maintenance team and security team quickly resolve problems. There is one bad thing in here: the lift is usually out of order. Sometimes we will meet some rude people who live in here.
