If student request cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) after the accept the offer, they need to email info@pfpstudent.co.uk or site teams, then site team will send student a refund form from finance team. If they request cancellation outside 1 day (24 hours), they almost likely need to find a replacement tenant, unless its No Visa No stay (with proof), Undergrad first year student got withdraw by university - No Place No Pay (with proof).

Hyndland house is a very nice student accommodation, in a very nice location at the West End in Glasgow and is just 10 minutes from the University of Glasgow. In front of the accommodation is the Dumbarton road, one of West End's main streets, where one can find many shops and supermarkets to buy various things as well as places to have fun and eat. In addition, the subway and the train station is less than 10 minutes from the accommodation. The staff is very polite and friendly. Kayleigh, the lovely manager and Chris are always there to help you. Louise, Jackie and Graham take care to keep the accommodation clean and functional. And at night, Robert and John make sure students are safe. The rooms are very comfortable and functional. They feature a semi-double bed, a large desk and bookcase and a decent wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is also decent. Room rates are good and low compared to other student accommodation in the area. Just a few steps away, there is a nice gym. However, most of the students are enrolled at the university's gym where the annual subscription is cheap. I highly recommend this place for students. Thank you all for taking care of a great stay. Special thanks to John who was there whenever I needed his help and that with his wonderful jokes made me relax and laugh.

Hyndland House is well placed for having a great year in Glasgow. The location is the best. You are quite in the middle of amenities. Not only the University but also Supermarkets, Gym, Restaurants, Parks, Subway, Train Station or even Great Museums. The functional in the room is proper, and you will have lovely flatmates from many countries. The staff are as nice as your family. They're so friendly, always ready to help you, and making sure that you will have a good time here. I'll miss them after go back to my country. I'm so happy to be here. :)

Staff are amazing and so accommodating! Rooms are so nice and fresh with a large en-suite. Kitchens are spacious and get a weekly clean by the friendly cleaners! All round amazing place to stay and an extra bonus as so close to Glasgow Uni! Would recommend to anyone... especially freshers as safe and secure with night time security guard.

I've been living here for just over 5 months now, and it's fantastic! It's a super affordable modern accommodation, and it's less than 10 minutes away from the University of Glasgow. Staff are always kind and happy to help and put on regular festive events throughout the year, which are great for meeting new people. The rooms get warm quickly, even during winter, but using a fan and opening the window sorts this easily. 100% would recommend as a place to stay in future for anyone looking.
