I'm checking out shortly after my first year, and the building was a great place to live—particularly in this day and age regarding safety. I felt safe, and that's what mattered most to me. There are cameras in all communal areas, corridors, and outside too. Access for everyone is via a digital key fob system, so only people that live on your floor can access it, and only people that live in the building can get in. The staffing has improved a lot since I moved in, and it is also well maintained, cleaned, and kept up. As far as London living goes, safe, clean, and well-connected are what matter most, and this place has it, in my opinion. I am only moving out to move in with friends as I progress with my studies; otherwise, I would be rebooking.

I had the pleasure of staying at Westcombe House for an entire academic year, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Located in the heart of Greenwich, London, Westcombe House offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and community. The proximity to the university, local shops, and transport links made it incredibly easy to balance my academic and social life. The accommodation itself is top-notch. My room was comfortable , modern, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed to feel at home—a comfortable bed, ample storage, and a well-equipped study space. The communal areas, including the kitchen and lounge, were always clean and provided a great environment for socializing with other students. The building also had excellent amenities, like a gym and laundry facilities, which were convenient and well-maintained. Safety and security were top priorities at Westcombe House, and I always felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. The secure entry system and on-site management gave me peace of mind, allowing me to focus on my studies and enjoy my time in London. In summary, my time at Westcombe House was nothing short of excellent. The combination of a prime location, high-quality facilities, and a supportive community made it the perfect place to call home for the year. I would highly recommend Westcombe House to any student looking for accommodation in Greenwich. It was truly a home away from home!

Amazing place, have been staying here for the past year and absolutely love it. Nice flat mates and great management, my queries are always answered and if I have any problems they’re solved and tended to immediately. Incredible house keeper too. I highly recommend this place if you care about quality.

The accommodation is very nice and has everything you need to feel comfortable. There is a gym, an outdoor court, and even a cinema room, which is great. The location is also really good. There’s an IKEA nearby, many grocery stores, and a shopping center in Charlton where you can find everything you need for yourself and home. However, about a year ago, the place was robbed, and some things were stolen. The management still hasn’t replaced what was taken, which is disappointing. I don’t think it’s fair to pay the full price when not everything that’s promised on the website is available. Overall, it’s a good place to live, but I hope the management improves this issue soon.

Excellent Student Living! My time at Westcombe has been fantastic. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the communal areas were always clean and great for both studying and socializing. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, and I always felt safe thanks to excellent security. It's truly great value for a secure, supportive, and all-around positive student living experience.
