Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills! Our fully-fitted laundry room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks! The Communal areas including laundry are cleaned on a weekly basis.
We have a private secure cycle storage area in the courtyard. Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
