Nice view and quite place. I have a standard en-suite at East Shore. The room size is same as the one in the university dorm Powell Hall. The price is cheaper! As a tread off, you will need to share the kitchen area with more people. I don’t cook a lot, so it is okay for me. East shore is a bit far away from campus, but there’s buses. It takes me around 20 mins one way to get to the chemistry building everyday.

Incredible location right on the beach, you honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot! The staff are so helpful and always there when you need them, which makes such a difference. It’s a great place for students, with everything you could possibly need all in one place.

This site is in the most beautiful spot — a real hidden gem! Pammy and Lauren are always so lovely and quick to help with anything. Nigel, the handyman, is such a sweet gentleman. Couldn’t ask for a better team or location!

This place could not be more ideal. Though there were few spots of water damage in my room, I have no other complaints. The location is far enough away from St Andrews that there are not in crowds, but it is close enough that one can still walk to class easily enough. Seagulls welcome the morning with their call. From the compound, an observer can watch the sun or moon rise over the water, sparkling on the tides. The rooms feel modern and stylish in a chic, Scandinavian way. You should not need support, but if you do, the front desk provides exemplary service. The official St Andrews housing system wanted to strand me in Dundee, so my gratitude to this place cannot be more immense.

Wonderful sea view and wonderful location- the fife coastal path and beach is just a minute away, and makes for a lovely scenic walk into town along East Sands. Pammy and the rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and do all in their power to create the best experience for each and every student. Would heartily recommend as an accommodation option!

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
