I’m truly glad that I chose True Apartments. I had almost no life experience when I first arrived, and I went to the reception every day with all kinds of questions. I’m so grateful to every member of the team. Liam helped me a lot when my phone broke, and he always warmly helps me print documents whenever I need. Claire taught me how to use the washing machine, and her smile always brightens my day. James showed me how to use the oven and helped me change my email address. Every single person on the team has helped me in some way, and I’m sincerely thankful for that. They always greet you warmly when they see you and care about how your life has been recently, which makes me feel happy that there’re people care about me in the foreign land . After visiting many friends’ apartments and hearing their stories, I appreciate True even more,and I hope more people will join this wonderful new apartment community. I also wish everyone on the team this new year will be amazing for you all —may all your wishes come true!🎉🎉🎉

I am having a really good experience at True Student accommodation. The building is modern, clean, and feels very safe. The rooms are well-designed with good storage space, and the study areas are quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I need support. It is also in a convenient location close to the city centre and the university, which makes everything easy. Overall, it is a great place to live as a student in Nottingham.

Recently did a tour to check out the superior studio and studio plus. The accommodation is amazing–both studios were huge, especially the superior, and the bathrooms are lovely, especially in comparison to competitors. An amazing range of amenities too, ranging from a gaming and games area to the massive gym. Staff are amazing, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the accommodation. James and Liam gave us our tours and were both great! Will definitely be considering this as my accommodation.

I was searching for an accommodation for nearly two weeks going back and forth but True Student truly exceeded my expectations! First time I came in I was already drawn in by their aesthetic. Not only that but their staff is what solidified my decision. They were so kind and helpful with any questions I had and made me feel heard. They helped me right away, helped me seek the proper help to finalize my booking and experiencing their interactions with other students felt welcoming! As for the room and amenities this is by far the best accommodation in Nottingham! They have game rooms, hammocks, a printer, study areas, public dinning areas, and don’t get me started about the gym!! The location is also so convenient there’s so many shops and things to do nearby. I could literally go on about them but you really have to come check them out for yourself!! I cannot wait to book again for next year!! As an international student I’m so grateful I found True Student they really made my start the best experience. I chose True Student largely because of Ali. She was so kind and patient, always taking the time to help and make me feel confident in my decision. Her communication was excellent, she was friendly, responsive, and made it possible for me to move in right away.

True Student is genuinely the best accommodation in Nottingham. The 24/7 gym is incredible, and having a personal trainer available is a huge bonus. I also want to highlight how amazing the staff are James, in particular, is always smiling, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. As an international student, I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful the entire team has been, they’ve made my transition so much easier. I also value how safe they make us feel and how proactive they are in keeping us informed. Their communication and attention to detail give real peace of mind. I’m so glad I chose True Student, and I’ll definitely be rebooking.
