Moss Court, Manchester

A home away from home. Lived in Moss Court last year, and although I did not have a lot of expectations coming in due to the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it became my home. This is primarily a result of the accommodating and hospitable staff, namely Jonathon, who always made us feel comfortable and was always open to feedback. Jonathon and their team did their best to make Moss Court as homey as possible. If you’re looking for a place to call your home without splurging an absurd amount of money (especially in this economy), then Moss Court is for you. This is a call out to international students, especially my Canadian lovelies, you won’t regret booking with Moss Court and Jonathon.

You'll be 0.5 min walk away from the bus stop connecting you to the entire city through Stagecoach bus service, 1 min walk away from the beautiful Whitworth Park, 5 mins away from Tesco, Co-op, Lidl, Morrison's, Poundland, Superdrug, Cafe Nero, Tim Horton and Curry mile (all international cuisine restaurants are based here), 10 mins walk away from UoM, 15 mins from MMU, 25 mins from City Centre! 🤩 🏠 Accomodation : Rare, Modern, Modest, Open plan, Bright, Excellently Insulated, Fob Key Accessibility, Fantastic Hygiene and Fire Safety, Massive Parking, Ground floor reception and Private letter boxes make Convenient Parcel/ Delivery storage (nothing is ever lost) and IMPOSSIBLE to beat their fantastic pricing. 😎 🛋️ Flats : Fully furnished, Spacious, Modular, Clean Carpeted rooms filled with natural light, excellent ventilation. All flats are Self-sufficient with 5G Wi-Fi, Vacuum Cleaner, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Refrigerators, Freezers, Toaster, Kettle etc. Highlight - Inclusive of Washing Machine with Tumble Dryer so you never pay a penny for laundry! All appliances are FUNCTIONAL, they WORK. Yes, I'm not kidding! 🥰 👨‍💼 Management : With Steve as the manager and Jonathon as the customer service advisor, you'll have nothing to worry about as everything is taken care of. They are the most kind, friendly, approachable staff you'll ever have. All issues and concerns are taken seriously and acted upon immediately. From changing the light bulb in 20 mins to changing the washing machine in two days, they have always been there for me and everyone! Your experience will be nothing short of the smoothest and most comfortable stay. Just be ready to hear your friends regret about how they wish they booked Moss Court 🥹 🌈 Memories : When you move to another city or country, there's always a lot of stress and anxiety around the what if's. The area, the rooms, the flatmates, will there be anybody to help!? I can confidently say from my personal experience that from the day I landed in the UK and started my stay at Moss Court until my course ended, I never had any issues that felt neglected. In fact, Steve and Jonathon are always there to chat about the flat, your life and everything in between. They Genuinely Care. I also made some amazing friends here which is one of the best perks of this accommodation imho! 🥳 ✅ Conclusion: Giant student housing companies got nothing on Moss Court. Period. Where big well-known student accommodations demand high prices promising a gazillion facilities, only to then later realise that most of those facilities on their website were mere formalities and quite a money grab scheme, Moss Court stands apart as an honest standout winner. Most of my friends had bad or average experience with their acco. and constantly were stressed as it's either impossible to get issues sorted or takes weeks! Hence, I personally recommended Moss Court to all my junior colleagues and can't recommend this place enough to you too! 🤗 💯 SO, TAKE MY WORD, DON'T OVERTHINK, TRUST AND BOOK IT! 👩‍💻

Lived here during my second year, and it was truly a great time. But what makes it even better is the management team's constant care, because three years on and I am still able to rely on Jonathon! Not only would I recommend the flat as the perfect place to live in (due to location, amenities and cleanliness), but the management is second to none!!

Moss court is the best place during my stay in Manchester. I love the window in my room, allowing me to enjoy the view of the park. During my stay, I never woke up by other’s disturbing because most students here are nice and friendly. Really thankful that most people do not hold party within the apartment, and everyone loves peace and quiet life here. Overall, I strongly recommend Moss court!

I am not a student but still they accommodated me for 2 months. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. I was paying for the bronze room but then they gave me a platinum room which was very spacious. The rooms are very clean and safe. The location is perfect. You can reach Piccadilly Garden in about 5-10 mins by bus. Since it’s close to Oxford road you can go anywhere anytime because there’s continuous buses every 5/10 mins. There’s a park nearby as well where you could go for morning runs and evening stroll. I was there for my medical exams. I needed a quiet space. And Moss court was the perfect place for me to live. The kitchen was clean and spacious. They had all the appliances ready. I didn’t have to buy anything. The room mates were also friendly though I hardly met them. Coming from a small country in Asia, I never felt so homely in a big city like Manchester. I would recommend Miss Court for anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Manchester. Personally, I had a beautiful stay at Moss Court. I am very thankful to the landlords. I will always remember their great hospitality. Thank you Jonathon and Steve :)
