Great experience living here. The location is excellent and very convenient for commuting. The room is well-designed, comfortable, and made my stay enjoyable. The receptionist are always friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome.

The location is excellent. If you are based at the IC White City campus, attending classes is extremely convenient—you can reach the campus in just a one-minute walk. If you study at the IC South Kensington campus, the free school shuttle bus is also easily accessible. In addition, the apartment is close to a subway station and Westfield, making transportation and shopping very convenient. The reception staff are warm and friendly, and having staff available 24 hours a day is especially reassuring and convenient.

I lived in Woodlane Studio for one year, and it has been a very convenient and pleasant experience. Picking up parcels is easy with a clear and organized process. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, which is super convenient and reliable. During the year, whenever I forgot my keys, the front desk staff helped me open my room immediately without any waiting, and they were always friendly and professional. They even greet you warmly whenever you head out. Maintenance and room inspections are always notified by email in advance, which makes me feel safe and assured about privacy. Reported repairs are usually solved within one or two working days, which is very efficient. I stayed in room B112, and the temperature was always comfortable in both winter and summer. There is also a big tree outside my window, which made me feel happy every day. Overall, I’m really glad I chose to live here.

I enjoyed my stay at GradPad-Wood Lane Studios. A few positive aspects are the following: 1. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2. Excellent location which allows you to move around London easily. 3. Maintenance issues are reported though an app and the response time is very fast. 4. Parcels can be collected by the receptionist and you can collect them when you are on site. For me this was important since I was at the University most of the time. 5. Social events occur in the common room regularly (e.g. Christmas, Halloween). Furthermore, I should add the feeling of safety that derives from living inside a University campus. Overall, I recommend GradPad-Wood Lane Studios to any postgraduate student who wants to focus on his/her studies with minimal distractions.

I've had a fantastic experience at Wood Lane Studios. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. Their prompt responses to issues and consistent friendliness make it a great place to stay. The gym, while modest, is perfectly adequate for a dormitory, offering just what is needed. The social spaces are fantastic, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation and study. Additionally, the cleanliness of the laundry and garbage rooms is commendable.
