Absolutely love this student accommodation! The design is stunning — modern, stylish, and so well thought out. It honestly feels more like a boutique hotel than student housing. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful; they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The vibe here is amazing too — such a great crowd of people, super social and easy to connect with. Highly recommend!

To be honest, the apartment’s facilities and the professionalism of the staff are quite good. At the same time, the Tulu platform allows residents to rent practical items at relatively affordable prices. The only thing I find confusing is why printing services are restricted to the third-party Tulu platform instead of being provided directly by the apartment. In fact, I have lived in four different student accommodations in London, and the other three all offered free printing services at the front desk. Canvas is the first accommodation where front desk staff informed me that the Tulu printer is the only printer available for residents’ use, even though there is clearly a fully functional large printer in their office. Although the pricing is fairly reasonable, I have lived here for several months and have rarely seen the Tulu printer function properly.

Outstanding Service from Nadeen – The Best Receptionist! I have to give huge credit to Nadeen, who is without a doubt the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a genuine smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy set the tone for the entire experience. Nadeen is incredibly organized and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s attentive, patient, and truly cares about every person who walks through the door. Whether it’s handling bookings, answering questions, or managing a busy front desk, she does it all with calm confidence and a great attitude. What really stands out is her attention to detail and how she remembers people — their names, preferences, and even small things that make every visit personal. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and genuine personality. Nadeen is the heart of the place — the kind of person who makes you look forward to coming in. She’s an absolute gem, and any team would be lucky to have her! 💐 Five stars aren’t enough for Nadeen!
