Thanks to all the staff at The Collective! I'm really glad to have been able to arrange a visit for another group of Talking and Exploring walkers again. A weekend is not the best day for such visits. Hence, we needed to wait a bit, but it definitely was worth it. Besides, the local café was most accomodating. Many people were impressed to see this new way of living with many common spaces such as a gym, library, cinema, secret garden, kitchen, games room, spacious terrace garden, and more. It helped to run into a few residents who were definitely pleased with their accommodation. Owing to the collaboration with the OPDC, we have been able to introduce more people to some of the hidden treasures of this area undergoing a big change.

Just checked in this week. A special shout out to Hussain. He had the answer to every question/doubt I came up with, from how to turn on the extractor above the hobs to producing my proof of address very quickly. He is very knowledgeable, attentive. Gave me updates on my letter box key and when the QR code for the Inventory list will be back on again without even asking 👏

Hussain is a topman! I asked for my phone to be charged at his desk. He offered to give me a cable so I could use it at a preferable desk. He realised I did not have a charger and gave a charger for me to take to my room! This happened around 9 pm and he gave me until 2 am to return it, which I guess was his shift end time. Give this man a raise!💪🏻💯❤️

I had a great experience at The Collective Old Oak! The staff were really welcoming and professional. I especially want to highlight Hussain and Olya at reception — they were extremely helpful when I needed assistance and went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted. Their kindness and efficiency made a big difference in my stay. Thank you both for the excellent service!
