The management group is friendly and respectful. However they can not solve some basic problems like the broken extractor. Some students have never been able to use their extractors since they moved in 5 months ago.

this is a nice place for students to live. All the staffs are kind. Also, manager Eric helps me a lot and he is always patient and efficient in fixing problems which I meet. I recommend everyone to have a try in SLH

Every staff member is very nice. Eric is very good and always eager to help everyone. Sasha is a very lovely girl with a very healing smile. Muhammad is also very good and can always provide solutions to problems. Stephen is also very enthusiastic and will give us advice.

Today is my check-out day from the apartment, and since I lived on the 6th floor with lots of belongings to move for my relocation, it was really challenging, especially as the lift was out of service. I want to sincerely thank the amazing staff — Stephen, Eric, Muhammad, and Soshic — for helping me carry around 20 boxes, bags, and suitcases down the stairs and even loading them into the moving company’s van. Their kindness and support made such a huge difference — I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. Truly grateful! 🙏
