Complete guarantor formalities: If paying rent by instalments using a guarantor, arrange for the guarantor to provide proof of ID and address and sign the agreement as required.
Pay the first rent instalment: Follow the payment schedule stated in the agreement. The first rental instalment must be paid before move-in.
Receive booking confirmation: Retain the booking confirmation and payment acknowledgement. For the 2026/27 academic year, some properties may have a specific agreement-signing process while regulatory changes are finalised.
Complete pre-arrival formalities: Watch the induction video and book a move-in slot when Fresh contacts the student before the tenancy starts.

New Orient House has been a great place to stay for my studies so far. The staff are always friendly and I’ve made some great mates here. It’s an amazing and safe area to live as well, so many great places to go and explore! Right on imperial wharf station too. Would highly recommend!

Great place, very good location next to tescos and an overground and local unis. Staff are lovely and make sure you feel welcomed. Only issue i say is the prices for the higher rooms BUT appart from that its lovely and quiet. Good wifi, good neighbours etc. 5/5* would definitely recommend this place

I have had a very pleasant experience staying at New Orient House. As a student accommodation, it provides a comfortable, safe, and convenient living environment. The rooms and shared areas are well maintained, and the facilities meet all my daily needs. The management team has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Any issues were handled efficiently, which made my stay stress-free. The location is also excellent, with easy access to transport links, local shops, and other amenities. Overall, I really enjoyed my time living here and would highly recommend New Orient House to other students looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

What really stood out, however, was the management team. They were responsive, friendly, and quick to address any maintenance issues. The building also offers great amenities, including a 24/7 study lounge, a fitness center, and secure bike storage. Overall, I highly recommend New Orient House to any student looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to live. It truly enhanced my college experience!

The management team is incredibly thoughtful; they recently organized a wonderful Chinese New Year celebration for us. Being away from home, I truly appreciated the delicious traditional food and festive atmosphere they provided—it felt like a home away from home. The facilities are modern, clean, and the location is good for students. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank u ～
