I appreciate the outstanding contributions of two members of your team, Mr. Javier and Ms. Laura at Moonraker Point. Mr. Javier, in particular, consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in shared spaces, including the public areas, bin room, kitchen, laundry room, study room, reception area, and stairwells. His diligence and meticulous attention to detail ensure that these spaces remain hygienic, welcoming, and well-maintained. This is especially crucial in the post-pandemic environment, where sanitation plays a vital role in the health and well-being of residents. The cleanliness and organisation of these areas not only contribute to a positive living experience but also leave a lasting impression on visitors and parents. Initially, I was uncertain about extending my stay with Moonraker Point - Unite Students for the upcoming academic year. However, the exceptional work carried out by Javier has been the primary reason for my decision to continue my residency. I have also shared my positive experiences with my school and peers who have yet to secure their accommodation for the next academic year. On behalf of both current and future residents, I would like to extend my gratitude to you and the entire housekeeping team at Moonraker Point for your exceptional service. See you again, Javier!

0/10 It was my first year in London and I had no idea I would be living in such a terrible accommodation. There were rats in the kitchen within the first week of my stay and the follow up inspection team kept blaming the infestation on our kitchen not being clean enough, randomly coming into our kitchen every month and leaving notes asking us to leave the kitchen spotless and not even allow rubbish in the bins. The sewage pipe under my floor burst twice in the month of January, the first time it took five days for the right person to come and fix it, and there was no compensation for me, just the fact that there was no room available so I was left to live in a room that smelled of sewage. The construction outside the building was also always done without notice from 7-8am using drills and hammers. The worst part is that after I sent an email to formally complain about multiple issues, the management promised to resolve them within 10 days, but almost a month later no one has contacted me and no one has responded again to my second email. The whole accommodation sucks beyond belief in terms of both facilities and management, and the solution to student complaints is to ignore them, which is a serious violation of my rights.

This five stars go to Javier for his availability, kindness and empathy. Despite the fact that is in rather poor state, specially in terms of cleanliness and organization, Javier did a splendid job, with effort, dedication, and enthusiasm, removing the stains from the whole carpet. He’s a wholesome hard worker, and put all of his efforts.

If I can turn back the time, I would have NEVER chosen this residence: 1. Staff/Student Exp TL is not helpful and RUDE (J). The rest might be the same. The lady (Vaishnavi) and the helper (Javier) are nice though. 2. NEVER order online especially in your first weeks - they’re so busy (or LAZY) who will never organize your stuff. You have to find them yourself with the risk of getting lost (see the picture). 3. When they said ‘professionally cleaned’, their standard is 1 out of 10. Expect to get into a dusty and smelly hallway and the room!!! Expect to scrub every single inch of the room. Beware of the curtain - it was so FILTHY, I had to bring it to the laundry before putting them back. The study chair will ruin your back. Carpet has never been cleaned perhaps since 5 years ago or even longer. No vacuum cleaner available so when I finally get one, imagine one full bag of dust and dirt only from 1 round of cleaning. 4. Size of the bathroom is like an airplane’s bathroom. Size of the wardrobe is tiny too, expect extra expense to buy compression bag to keep the winter coat in. 5. The kitchen is even worse. I had to clean up with degreaser solution and it was not even enough. My flatmate had to do the same. Running out of power is common so don’t store perishable food in the fridge. No chair in the kitchen to sit when eating, only sofa that has never been cleaned and equally filthy. 6. Study room and common room is super tiny, nothing else that would keep you enjoying the dorm. 7. The CONSTRUCTION, omg, it will last for the whole year!!!! The noise because window needs to be open when the weather is warm is unavoidable. 8. When you see the video or picture in your uni website, just imagine it is 120x nicer that the reality. I saw prev reviews have been commented by the CS but seeing that no changes meaning any feedback = no action. I didn't have a chance to check it, I wish I did. Seeing is believing.

Honestly if I could rate it 0 I would The professionally cleaned standard was awful, constant issues that they would take weeks to fix sometimes, any complaints were treated with disrespect and if you were ungrateful. Communication was awful particularly when they changed emails without telling tenants and sometimes took weeks for the to fix issues and they promised fixes but would not fully deliver. Please choose other accommodation as unite in my experience have been terrible
