In that case, you need to have your service animal or assistance animal trained and registered. When prescribed by a mental health professional, emotional support animals are also allowed at the property.</div>

Can I choose where my room is in the building?

<div style="text-align:justify">Absolutely, you can always take your pick from all the rooms available at the time of your booking.</div>

Can I choose who I live with in a shared flat?

<div style="text-align:justify">If the information about the gender of the people who have already booked a shared flat is available, then your allotment will be done accordingly. On the other hand, if you would book as a group, you can go through the group booking process and avail yourself of a flat shared with your friends.</div>

Can I have overnight guests?

<div style="text-align:justify">Guests are always welcome at the property. However, since you will be sharing the space with other people, there are a few house rules that you would need to follow. The guests must not stay for a period of more than three nights in a seven-day period. All guests must be registered. We ask you to keep your guests in your room and let your flat mates know every time you check in your guests.</div>

Can I make a group booking?

<div style="text-align:justify">Yes, you can make a group booking. The first way is to go online and select the same flat on the booking portal. Alternatively, if you can, you can visit the on-site team and make your booking through them.</div>

Can I move out early?

<div style="text-align:justify">You can move out whenever you want. Having said that, if you have signed a minimum tenancy agreement with the property, you will be asked to pay rent until your agreement expires.</div>

Can I share my room with my partner?

<div style="text-align:justify">If you and your partner are both students, then you can simply make your booking at any one of the dual residency studios and en-suites. However, if they are not a student, you will have to talk to the on-site team for further assistance.</div>

Can I smoke in my room?

<div style="text-align:justify">No, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. However, you can still find designated smoking areas outside, where you can smoke whenever you want.</div>

Can I store my stuff with you over the holidays?

<div style="text-align:justify">Yes, we do provide temporary storage solutions for your possessions. All you need to do is ask the on-site team.</div>

Can I sublet my room to someone else?

<div style="text-align:justify">Unfortunately, that is not an option. If you do need to move out, you can always talk to the on-site team and they can advise you on finding a replacement.</div>

<div style="text-align:justify">Yes, if there is a room available after you have moved in, you might be able to make the switch. However, you will be required to pay a room change fee. You can talk to the site manager for further details.</div>

Do I have to be home by a certain time each night?

<div style="text-align:justify">You can come whenever you want. We only expect you to keep the noise levels to the minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.</div>

Do I need to clean my accommodation when I move out?

<div style="text-align:justify">Yes, please make sure that your room is clean when you move out. You can get access to the checklist and you simply need to tick all the boxes on it. Additional cleaning charges might have to be paid if your room is not clean.</div>

Do you have laundry facilities?

<div style="text-align:justify">Yes, most of our properties have on-site laundry facilities. You pay only when you use the facility.</div>

Do you provide bedding?

<div style="text-align:justify">Please bring your own bedding; like duvets, pillows, towels, etc. when you come to the property. If you are moving in from afar, you can always buy them locally once you arrive.</div>

I just moved in in mid October this year and have been staying for half a month now. I think everything is very good. The rooms are very clean, without any odors or small insects. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic in helping us students. Special thanks to these kind people! There is only a small drawback, such as the elevator always breaking down, which can make travel inconvenient and delay time; Although the room is not cold with the windows closed, this radiator is not very hot. I hope it can be resolved! Overall, it is very convenient, especially because the bus stop is right outside and the student apartments are very clean!

I'm from Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I remember staying in room 749, a Silver Studio at iQ London Shoreditch, for seven months in 2015 during my internship at Lloyds of London. Ten years have passed, it was an incredible experience living alone that marked my personal and professional life so much. It's an amazing area with a vibrant youthful atmosphere and a diverse cultural scene. There are two bus stops right at the building's entrance, and the Old Street Underground station (black line) is nearby. I'm grateful to the iQ staff for welcoming me on my first time in London when I was very young. Now, Every time I travel to London, I try to take a walk around the iQ Student Accommodation London Shoreditch building and the surrounding area. Beautiful memories. I recommend it for students.
