Overall, I’ve had a good experience staying at The Keel Houses. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are convenient for student life. Although the building works can sometimes be a little noisy, the accommodation is generally comfortable and well-located.

A very peaceful and quiet accomodation! Glad I chose this over Vita. Alex, the residential manager, is also very nice and helpful! He is always looking out for others, and strives his best to help them when they are in need.

It is a lovely accommodation and I feel safe walking at night which is something I value. It’s also close to the uni, so it’s easy to walk to class and there are different options for grocery shopping within a convenient distance. Even though the construction is quite annoying at times, whenever I talk to the building manager, Alex, he does his absolute best to sort out the issues and make sure my experience is as comfortable as possible. He’s always willing to offer a helping hand regardless of the type of issue and also does his best to plan events for the students so that we can still experience a social dorm lifestyle when we wish.

I really enjoy my stay here so far. The location of the accommodation is just wonderful: this area is full of nice cafes and study places, and overall very safe. Everyone who works here is also simply amazing, friendly and welcoming. Especially I would like to highlight our manager, Alex, who is so responsive and attentive. He always makes sure that everyone feels comfortable

This accommodation is truly wonderful. Being located right in front of the canal makes it even more special. Its proximity to Meadows Park and the fact that you can reach the most central areas within a 15-minute walk are absolutely amazing. I would especially like to highlight that what truly makes this accommodation exceptional is the manager Alex, the staff member Graeme, and the cleaning staff Lina. All three are outstanding. They are not only highly professional but also extremely warm and friendly. They are always willing to help with any problem. Alex is genuinely the best manager I have ever come across.
