I've stayed here for over 3 months now and my experience has been nothing but awesome. It's clean, the staff are nice the accommodations are comfortable a little bit on the pensive side but well worth it, for the amenities that follow.

This student residence is a hidden gem near a picturesque canal adorned with vibrant graffiti. Safety is a top priority, ensuring a secure haven for residents. With an array of dining options, proximity to the Cameo cinema, and Tepin for billiards, entertainment and leisure are always at your fingertips. Bennets provides the perfect setting for unwinding with a beer. Shared kitchens foster a sense of community, and the ping pong table adds a fun element. In essence, it’s not just a residence; it’s a vibrant community that combines artistic surroundings, diverse dining, and recreational amenities for an exceptional living experience. The only bad thing is that in spring there are mosquitoes like lions.

A very peaceful and quiet accomodation! Glad I chose this over Vita. Alex, the residential manager, is also very nice and helpful! He is always looking out for others, and strives his best to help them when they are in need.

This accommodation is truly wonderful. Being located right in front of the canal makes it even more special. Its proximity to Meadows Park and the fact that you can reach the most central areas within a 15-minute walk are absolutely amazing. I would especially like to highlight that what truly makes this accommodation exceptional is the manager Alex, the staff member Graeme, and the cleaning staff Lina. All three are outstanding. They are not only highly professional but also extremely warm and friendly. They are always willing to help with any problem. Alex is genuinely the best manager I have ever come across.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience staying at The Keel Houses. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are convenient for student life. Alex is super helpful and considerate😍 Although the building works can sometimes be a little noisy, the accommodation is generally comfortable and well-located.
