The 5 stars are for the wonderful team at Roxburgh, always kind and keen to help, and for the facilities. They are as you would expect from the pictures, everything in good condition and the rooms are spacious. The only low point I can think of right now is that there is not much fridge space per person. Otherwise, great accommodation with a perfect location in Edinburgh!

I have been staying in this accommodation for the past 10 months, and I can say that its a great place to live as a student- very close to the main campus and all other essential amenities that you would need. A Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury's all within a 5 minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and attentive and happy to help with any issues you may have. Its a nice transition from 1st year accommodation, its got a similar feel as being in student halls- and the common space and spacious kitchen allows you to socialise with your flatmates. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay for their later years of uni.

This is a lovely accommodation with lovely staff. It is in a very convenient location for students, with George Square being less than a 10 minute walk away and a range of supermarkets are in the vicinity. The rooms themselves are very spacious and the facilities are always maintained to a high standard. I would definitely recommend 8 Roxburgh.

Amazing accommodation, and had a very good experience with booking it, Taylor was replying asap to all of my requests and even picked up my very very early morning call when I was too stressed (haha, really sorry Taylor). Rooms are very spacious and looking brand new 😊
