Trinity Square – Modern Student Accommodation

The views from Trinity Square private halls are beautiful, overlooking the famous Newcastle Tyne. These modern halls were purpose built for students and come with fast 100 MB Wi-Fi and all-bills included. You’re close to a multi-screen cinema and well-priced local high-street shops, perfect for your weekly groceries.

Studios come with a sofa and all room have a shared kitchen complete with all appliances (cooker, microwave, fridge). For social and sport, there is a shared outdoor running track and a (free) on-site gym. The spacious communal areas are open to all residence with beautiful views.

The furnished student rooms average 13 square metres (standard room) and 24 square metres (studio). All bedrooms are self-contained and come complete with study facilities (bookcase, desk and draws). The shared kitchens and communal areas are typically shared between 2 to 5 students.

Newcastle Glassworks – Stunning Student Accommodation

With an on-site mini Cinema, and an on-site concierge, Newcastle Glassworks has to be one of the coolest student accommodations available in Newcastle this year. Its competitively priced too for a modern build, with its purpose built study zone (and cinema) it has all bases covered! It’s not too far away either, just 10 minutes walk away from Northumbria University.

The study zone comes with complimentary printing services, so you needn’t worry about the printing queue at University so much! For social, there is a seated communal area complete with table football as well as an outdoor sports facility.

The rooms are very modern, well decorated and well lit. They come with a study desk, bookcase, draws and bed (of course!).

Stepney Yard opened in 2016, so it’s one of Newcastle’s newest private student accommodations. Expect up-to-date furnishings and modern facilities such as a cinema room and a social courtyard to meet and chat with other residence.

The rooms. Every room in Stepney yard comes with an ensuite bathroom and are well furnished with purpose built study areas. They come with good storage solutions should you go on a shopping spree. With prices between £99 - £155 per week you can live near to Northumbria University in luxury.

Stepney Yard is right next to Newcastle’s Metro, so it’s easy to leave your accommodation and take a trip to the beech not too far away. Even closer, Northumbria University is in walking distance. Other nearby attractions include “The Biscuit Factory’ which is one of Newcastle’s largest Art craft & design gallery.
