Absolutely the BEST Student Accommodation in Swansea! Moving to a new country as an international Master's student at Swansea University was a huge step, and staying at TY NANT made the transition completely seamless and enjoyable. I lived here for nearly a year, and it was honestly the best place I could have chosen. Everything is stress free at TY NANT. The rent is truly all-inclusive, covering water, electricity, and super-fast internet, which takes a massive amount of hassle and worry off your plate. The room itself was fantastic, and the on-site facilities are second to none. The game room, cinema, study areas, and laundry room are all modern, well-equipped, and a great addition to student life. Another massive advantage is the location and access to transportation. As an international student, having easy access to travel links is crucial. TY NANT is perfectly situated, with the train station, bus stand, and a taxi stand all available within a very easy 2-3 minute walk. This proximity makes commuting to the university, traveling, or exploring the city incredibly simple. What truly elevates TY NANT to five stars is the incredible team. They go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience: * The Residence Team: They are the heart of the place! They handled every question and resolved any issue with incredible ease and kindness. They genuinely make you feel welcomed and supported. * The Maintenance Team and housekeeper: Any technical issues were dealt with instantly and efficiently. The maintiance team was super quick and professional, I never had to worry about a thing. Simply put, the entire staff is made up of kind, dedicated people who are always there to help. If you are moving to Swansea for your education, especially as an international student, book TY NANT without any hesitation. It offers great facilities, 24*7 securtiy, a perfect location with brilliant transport links, and, most importantly, a supportive community fostered by an amazing team.

booked for a studio for the year, have to say the room is brand new. Cleanliness is perfect. all the staff are extremely friendly and will sort out any queries very quickly and efficiently. Out of all the student accommodations i've lived in, this one is by far the most comfortable to live in. brilliant location and competitive pricing

It’s my third year living at Ty Nant, and I wouldn’t be here still if I didn’t think it was one of the best student accommodations I have been in while I’ve been in Swansea. The staff are great, there is a free gym and a secure cycle storage also. It’s also super convenient having the train station, multiple shops and access to a bus stop nearby. Great Accommodation.

I have been living here for a while now and have been enjoying it! The communal spaces are always clean and smell fresh, due to the lovely cleaning lady who is very kind. The resident team is also friendly and approachable, and always willing to help, which gives the whole place a welcome feeling, like it is well cared for. It is a comfortable and nice place — I couldn't recommend it more!

Living at Ty Nant has been an amazing experience! The building is modern, clean, and really well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for student life. The common areas are great for socialising or studying, and the facilities (laundry, gym, and study spaces) make life super convenient. The location is ideal!! it’s close to the train station, shops, bus routes, and the university, so it’s easy to get everywhere. The management and reception team are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the students’ wellbeing. Any maintenance issues are sorted quickly, and the staff create a really welcoming community atmosphere. I’ve felt safe, supported, and right at home here. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live during my time in Swansea. I’d definitely recommend Ty Nant to anyone looking for top-quality student accommodation!
